should i be a registered user and shop online to start earning loyalty rewards?

the answer is yes. many people have concerns about sharing information with online companies and we understand your wish to keep personal information. however, we can only track, assign, and apply points for users who are registered.

how can i view my accumulated points?

to view your current point balance, click on the "my account" link at the top of the screen. log into your account

my product review wasnt approved, why not?

we appreciate your time spent writing the product review and we would like to publish all of them on our website. however, there are several reasons why we can choose not to publish certain customer reviews:

* review may not be descriptive enough for publication. it is not enough to simply say: "great toy!".

* to increase the likelyhood that your review is published and you earn points please include details about what you liked or didnt like about the product being reviewed.

will points be deducted from my account for a returned item?

the points earned for the purchase of an item are deducted if the product is returned.

how do i redeem points i have earned?

you can redeem your points every time you shop online with us, you can redeem them during the checkout process, you will see an otpion to apply points to the current order.

can i use my points immediately?

all points earned by registering, writing reviews which were approved, providing qualified bug reports and referring friends and relatives can be used 30 days after the order has been shipped

how many invitations can i order?

you are welcome to order a reasonable quantity of invitations. if we consider that the order is not genuine and the order is unrealistic we hold the rights to cancel the order. please be aware that the invitations remain the property of bebabo and cannot be resold.

do you post products overseas?

yes we do post products overseas. please email us to find out the cost.

what is the cost of shipping in new zealand?

shipping is free for all orders above $65 (except oversized items). for orders less than $65:

*central auckland $3

*north island: $3.50

*south island and australia: $5

we charge postage at $3 or $5 per transaction regardless of the amount of items you purchase. this means that you pay the same postage whether you purchase one item or numerous items.

are all prices quoted including gst and in new zealand dollars?

yes, all prices include gst and are in new zealand dollars

when will my order be sent?

all orders received prior to 11am will be dispatched overnight, this excludes weekends and public holidays.

how long does it take before i receive the items i have purchased?

* auckland 1-2 working days

* northland 1-3 working days

* southland 2-5 working days

do you accept returns if i am not satisfied with the item(s) i received?

we would like our customers to be satisfied with purchases they made with bebabo. if you are not satisfied with your purchase we welcome your return or exchange of product(s) within 14 days of the original order date as long as the following criteria are met:

* the toy(s) were purchased from bebabo website.

* the toy(s) are new and unused with no signs of wear or use.

* any dolls or stuffed animals have all the original tags attached.

* the item(s) has not been assembled.

* a copy of the original invoice is provided.

exchanges are to be returned at the customers own expense.

we will notify you as soon as we receive the product and will provide you with a credit note to be used within three months. unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs. please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be processed. please email us for further details.

do you accept returns if the goods are faulty?

we would like our customers to be satisfied with purchases they made with bebabo. we check all items before we ship them. however if you received defective or damaged products please dont worry! well do everything to deal with the situation efficently and at no expense to you.

defective or damaged items should be reported within 14 days of the original ship date. please contact us for further instructions support@bebabo.co.nz

i do not have a credit card, can i post you a cheque?

yes, please email us for further instructions, please note that your purchase will be shipped once the cheque has cleared.

do you pass my personal information onto other organisations?

we want to reassure you that we will not pass your private information to anybody else. your privacy is very important to us and we would like you to know that your personal details will be retained by bebabo. we may write to you in the future to offer new products or specials that may interest you. if you do not wish to receive future written material, please email us at unsubscribe@bebabo.co.nz and ask to be removed.

can i purchase items as gifts?

yes you can, we have the option of having a different billing address and postal address. just make sure you put the details of the person receiving the gift in the delivery address area.
